How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get 14 days of complete, unrestricted access to all platform features for your chosen team size. No credit card is required to sign up. You can invite your team, test the calendar, import holidays, and submit requests immediately.
Are all features included in every plan?
Yes. Every single feature—including the visual team calendar, custom leave policies, 100+ country holiday auto-imports, manager hierarchy approvals, and 3-way accountant CSV exports—is included across all plans. You only choose the tier based on the number of team members.
How does annual billing work and what is the discount?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service—saving approximately 17% (equivalent to 2 full months free). Micro is €120/year (€10/mo), Small Team is €240/year (€20/mo), and Growing is €440/year (€36.67/mo).
What payment methods are supported and is European VAT included?
Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Applicable European VAT or local sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your country and business VAT ID.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can switch plans or change between monthly and annual billing cycles at any time from your workspace settings. If you upgrade, the price difference is prorated. You can cancel your subscription anytime with zero penalties.
